Measuring in at only 24ft long with 280 square feet of space, this tiny home has been carefully designed for modern living in a small footprint. The Millennial, showcases the latest in design and material trends.
“We are calling this tiny home, “The Millennial”, due to the fact that we are not sparing expense on luxury and high end materials and overall feel, but are keeping the end cost to the buyer at under $100,000,” says Daniel Ott, founder and presient of True North Tiny Homes.
The modern exterior is given a dramatic edge through the use of Shou Sugi Ban siding, a traditional Japanese charred wood finish. Coupled with modern finishes and bright colours, this tiny home would look just as good in the forest as it would in a downtown backyard.
The custom gourmet kitchen will delight even the most ambitious home chef, with luxury finishes and top of the line appliances.
The living room will feature 11ft vaulted ceilings, and large windows that bathe the entire space in natural light.
To top it all off (quite literally) is the 65 square feet of rooftop terrace space, a perfect place to unwind.
